Dua hari lepas….
Saya mendapat email dari salah seorang rakan yang menyatakan rasa tidak puas hati
akan servis oleh salah satu RESTORAN MAKANAN MELAYU yang agak terkenal . Ada
banyak ( lebih sepuluh ) kot rasanya cawangan diorang nie…. Dan beliau fowardkan
email aduan untuk saya dapatkan PANDANGAN ANDA SEMUA….

I have sent this complain tru u website on testimonial page. I want u take this complain seriously.
Date : 30th July
Around 2pm, I made a call to xxxxxxxx (no tel) to make table reservation for 4 pax for Buka Puasa.I booked under name XXXXX. They advised me to make pre order to avoid delay and finised of food. Hence, I have made pre-ordered ( 3 TYPE OF DISHES )
Around 6.45 pm we arrived at the outlet but nobody entertain us and show us where is our table. After waited almost 15 minutes, we have been told our table no is 1. So we shifted from other table to other table.
Around 7.15 pm, no body approaches us and take drink order. We take the initiative to call the staff.
Around 7.30 pm , we still didn’t get our FOOD. We just get our drink. While others already get their order. And even walk in customer get their order. When I’m asking, they said they are preparing. So, we wait again.
Around 7.45pm, we still didn’t get our order. I call up one of the staff where’s my food..he goes to the kitchen..and after a while, one of kitchen staff come to us..saying ‘ sorry..nasi habis’ Whattt????!!!! He said nothing can do. I go to the counter and asking and he said its all kitchen arrangment. Stupid! Service is just like a sampah..very messy..can see they gave priority for take away.I requested the manager phone number and they gave this number 0192055850/ Ahmad Shah. But nobody pickup the phone. And we just left without having food for berbuka! terrible..we are not walk in customer..but we have made a pre-booking and pre-order before we arrived.
What a frustration. We drove from KLIA Cargo, just bcoz to arrive in time but this is what we got. Please do something on this as this will effect XXXXXXXX name.
Once again, please take this seriously.
